This feels like the opening credits to a spin off of The Sopranos. Now we just need an episode of the Colbert Report to be guest directed by David Chase. And throw in metaphysical imagery within ham fisted dream sequances! Then he'll get Emmys thrown at him!

I think we're seeing the other side of Stephen...the 'real' Stephen Colbert; the deeply caring man with strong beliefs, contemplating life.
