It might seem a simple gesture, but cuttinghis hair really makes a connection with the troops. It's one of the first indoctrination experiences that makes a team in the military. I vote that he drops the hair dye and goes natural after this. Though it looks like it has grown in slightly already from pics I've seen and he really does not have that much white... unless... aw rats!
